Pak Mission Society (PMS) is a registered non-governmental organization (Section 42 Company) working across Pakistan on humanitarian and development programs, including WASH, disaster risk reduction, livelihoods and community infrastructure. PMS is currently implementing a project to strengthen and rebuild the resilience of flood-affected communities in District Rajanpur, Punjab.

Notice

Pak Mission Society invites sealed quotations from experienced and eligible contractors for the Construction of 20 Raised Platforms (Safe Places) in District Rajanpur. These raised platforms will serve as elevated safe havens for flood-affected communities and their livestock during future flood events.

Brief Scope of Work

• Earth filling and compaction to raise platform level
• Stone pitching on slopes to protect against erosion and flood damage
• Clay mud plaster with wheat straw on slope and top surfaces
• Fabrication and installation of a steel visibility/signage board at each site
• Associated skilled and unskilled labour

Eligibility

• Registered business/contractor with a valid company profile
• Relevant experience in earthwork, stone pitching or similar rural infrastructure works
• Able to mobilize labour and material to the Rajanpur field locations within the agreed timeframe 

Submission of Quotations

Sealed quotations, prepared strictly as per the instructions in the RFQ document, must be submitted in person or by courier to the address below, by the stated deadline. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.

General Terms

• Quoted rates must be in PKR, inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Quotations must remain valid for 30 days from the opening date
• Payment: 100% upon completion of delivery, within 90 days
