Inspection:
The disposal items may be inspected by interested bidders during office hours prior to the bid submission deadline at (Hashoo Foundation/Hashoo Hunar Office, Babar Road, Kashrote, Gilgit). Interested parties may coordinate with the Administration&HR Department to schedule an inspection.
Bid Submission:
Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids, clearly mentioning the quoted unit rate and total bid value.
Terms and Conditions:
- The highest responsive bid will normally be considered for award; however, HT/Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
- The successful bidder shall be responsible for the collection and transportation of the items at their own cost.
- The auctioned items will be handed over only after full payment has been received.
- The sale will be conducted on an "As Is, Where Is" basis, and no warranty or guarantee regarding the condition or functionality of the items shall be provided.
- Incomplete or late bids will not be considered.
- Hashoo Foundation reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw this auction process at any stage without prior notice.
