Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community development, humanitarian, or development programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Implementation
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of Core Program activities including community development, WASH, education, health, livelihoods, sports, and inclusion initiatives.
- Prepare detailed activity plans, implementation schedules, and field deployment plans in coordination with the Manager Core Program.
- Ensure timely and quality execution of activities in accordance with approved work plans, budgets, and SOPs.
- Facilitate formation and strengthening of community-based organizations, committees, and groups.
2. Community Engagement & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain close liaison with community leaders, local government departments, service providers, and civil society stakeholders.
- Promote community participation, ownership, and sustainability of interventions.
- Ensure inclusion of women, persons with disabilities, youth, and other marginalized groups in all program activities.
- Support dialogue, social cohesion, and conflict-sensitive programming approaches.
3. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of activities, beneficiaries, and outputs.
- Coordinate with the MEAL unit to support data collection, verification, and reporting.
- Prepare timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports for submission to the Manager Core Program.
- Document success stories, case studies, lessons learned, and best practices.
4. Team Coordination & Capacity Support
- Supervise and provide on-job guidance to field staff and volunteers.
- Support capacity-building sessions for community groups and field teams.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, PSEA, and LPP policies by staff and partners.
5. Coordination & Representation
- Represent LPP at local coordination forums, meetings, and community events as delegated.
- Support Manager Core Program in coordination with district administration and line departments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community development, humanitarian, or development programs.
- Proven experience in field coordination, community mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with MEAL systems, basic data management, and report writing.
- Experience working with marginalized and vulnerable communities is highly desirable.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Sound understanding of community-led development approaches.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
