Background of Pathfinder International

Scope of Work 

Sellout of IT Inventory - Batch II of Pathfinder International, on “as is basis” 

Objective: 

To support the sellout of the IT Inventory of Pathfinder International on “as is” basis. The  interested vendor will be surveying the proposed lot of all material before the deadline of  submission of Invitation to Bid (ITB). 

After the submission of financial proposals and careful evaluation of the same, Pathfinder will  award the contract for disposal of IT Inventory – Batch II to the highest bidding vendor. 

The successful bidder will then be responsible for, with mutual consent of the Operations team’s, collection of the listed items from the Pathfinder premises. All equipment will be  transported away from the mentioned premises on the expense of the successful bidder, and no  Labour and/or any sort other cost will be shared by Pathfinder International with the bidder after  the issuance of the Work/Purchase Order. 

Duration: 02 weeks (Surveying & Submission of Proposals) 

Specification: 

• List of Equipment will be provided to the interested vendors, who will submit their interest  by emailing the Procurement Officer along with their Company Profile & Taxation  Documents.

Proposal Deadline 

All written responses to this ITB must be received by Pathfinder no later than 17:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on March 31, 2026, in sealed envelopes. The solicitation  number/details indicated above must be included on the envelope, failing to which the bid  will be considered invalid and not-fit to be included in the procurement process. Please label t h e proposals appropriately & place them in envelopes along with the Cost/Financial proposal. The solicitation number indicated above should be included in the  reference line.
