Introduction:

Potohar organization for Development Advocacy (PODA) is a registered NGO with the Social welfare and Charites act from Islamabad, Chakwal, Punjab, Balochistan etc. Operating from its office in Islamabad, Chakwal, Lahore, Multan, Hyderabad and Quetta, PODA is a women right NGO working for the promotion and protection of human rights in rural areas of Pakistan by conducting evidence-based research, rights-based programming, and impact-oriented advocacy for a cohesive and democratic society. Our current programs include climate change education, women’s rights advocacy, and constitutional rights education.

Scope of Work:

PODA seeks Potential and Competent Suppliers for the purpose of Prequalification of the Suppliers to broaden pool of suppliers for the year 2025 – 2026. Interested Suppliers should fill out the Prequalification Form and provide the below-mentioned details.

The deadline to submit the Prequalification Forms no later than 29th June 2025 at PODA Islamabad Office or by email at [email protected]Forms received after the specified time & date may not be accepted.

Please submit your company profile with this Prequalification Form.

Please submit your Forms using the submission template. All proposals must be completed in full. Incomplete Forms will not be taken into consideration for evaluation.

During the evaluation, organization may ask for additional information as necessary.

Please print the Annex – A on your company’s Letter Head duly signed and stamped.

Please attach NTN, STRN, Company Registration certificates with this form.

PODA reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

PODA reserves the right to increase or decrease specific items or the overall quantity of the required items without assigning any reason and change in quoted prices.

PODA will circulate the RFQs (Request for Quotation) only with the prequalified suppliers as per requirements.

The Suppliers will not subcontract the awarded Supplies / Services to any third party.

The Suppliers will disclose the Conflict of Interest (in case of any).

The suppliers will agree and respect the PODA Procurement Policies (Safeguarding, Child Protection, Environmental etc) and Suppliers Code of Conduct.

This ‘Prequalification Document” does not constitute any commitment on the part of this Organization unless a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted

We do hereby confirm that we have carefully read the requirements and instructions of this Prequalification document and all the terms and conditions, we do hereby confirm as follows:

That, We shall abide by all the instructions/conditions in the Prequalification document and all the special instructions and PPRA Rules 2004.

That, We and our products quoted are not blacklisted by any Govt. Regulatory authority in Pakistan.

That the information given in the application form and product data sheets is correct. In case any of this information is proven incorrect, PODA reserves the right to reject the proposal and may initiate suitable legal action which may include blacklisting of the Bidder.

We are by no means involved in any kind of terrorism, terror financing or bankruptcy directly or indirectly.
