BRSP seeks to engage a specialized consulting firm to review, revise, and finalize its existing policy manuals for Human Resource (HR), Procurement, Administration, ICT, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (PMER). The objective is to align these manuals with international best practices, enhance their legal robustness, streamline implementation, and minimize discretionary interpretation.

BRSP invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the required services. Interested consulting firm should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the required services.

Interested consulting firm may obtain further information with regard to preparing the Expression of Interest (EoI) by downloading the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the website http://tender.brsp.org.pk    

A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at BRSP office and via online as per ease of interested bidders. Consulting firm is required to submit its proposal in single stage two envelops (Technical & Financial - sealed separately), no later than 11:00AM on 05^th May, 2025.

Note: At first stage, technical proposals will be opened and the financial bids will remain sealed while at second stage, the financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened.
