Position Overview:

You will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing marketing efforts, and ensuring effective coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management & Operations:

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring business targets and goals are met.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle business administration tasks such as invoicing, contract management, and performance tracking.

2. Marketing & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and expand the customer base.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with the team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Identify potential business partnerships and collaborations to drive growth.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies and retention plans to ensure long-term business sustainability.

3. Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate and liaise between teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Assist in resource allocation and project management, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Organize and lead team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training when needed to ensure the team is aligned and performing effectively.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business progress, marketing efforts, and financial performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve performance based on analysis and feedback.

5. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of the company, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage business growth plans, identifying new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Assist in the development of new products or services by providing market insights and supporting the product development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business management, marketing, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans for startups. Previous experience of managing a startup will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
