Position Summary: ACF is seeking qualified and motivated Enumerators to support data collection for a Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) Survey under the Anticipatory Response Project in District Thatta. The Enumerators will be responsible for conducting structured household interviews, ensuring high data quality and adherence to protocols. This is a field-intensive, short-term assignment ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Conduct door-to-door household surveys using structured questionnaires provided by ACF.
- Accurately record responses on paper forms (as required).
- Ensure data collected is complete, consistent, and in line with ACF standards and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during all interactions with respondents.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient data collection.
- Identify and report any challenges, refusals, or unusual responses to the Field Supervisor.
- Participate in all mandatory training sessions and daily debriefings.
- Follow COVID-19 and other safety protocols during field activities.
- Submit completed surveys and related documentation as per established procedures.
Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and safeguarding policies
The Enumerator is responsible for:
- Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
- Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
- Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
