Relevant Experience:
4 -5 years’ experience in the health sector. Experience of working with international, national organizations and government agencies in the same capacity.
Job Description:
Support the recruitment process for LHVs, psychologists, community mobilizers, and other district-level staff.
2) Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for newly inducted staff.
3) Oversee daily field deployment and performance tracking of staff.
4) Identify and coordinate with 4 selected health facilities for SRH and MHPSS services.
5) Ensure continuous supply of clean delivery kits, newborn kits, and ANC/PNC/PAC equipment.
6) Conduct routine supervisory visits to assess service delivery quality.
7) Supervise and guide the work of community mobilizers in awareness-raising activities.
8) Facilitate culturally sensitive IEC material distribution in collaboration with Project Manager and IRC.
9) Coordinate logistics and participation in planned trainings (SRH, MHPSS, IPC, PAC).
10) Ensure attendance and documentation of all district-level trainings.
11) Monitor post-training application of skills among trained staff.
12) Organize quarterly district coordination meetings with key stakeholders.
13) Maintain strong relationships with local health departments and administrative bodies.
14) Represent IHHN in community dialogues and inter-agency forums.
15) Assist technical staff for Conduct bi-annual facility-based safety audits and submit reports.
16) Support MEAL team in collecting indicator data and feedback through structured tools.
17) Ensure records and documentation (e.g., session reports, distribution logs, beneficiary registers) are accurate and complete.
18) Monitor security risks, social resistance, and logistical challenges.
19) Report incidents promptly to PMU and support mitigation planning.
20) Ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
21) Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
