Job Summary:
Evaluate Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical History Recorder to join our team as a full-time contractor, working remotely from Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed medical and personal history interviews with Australian patients to support comprehensive assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured telephone or video interviews with patients to obtain comprehensive medical, occupational, and lifestyle histories.

Accurately and promptly document all information in prescribed formats/templates.

Liaise with Australian-based clinicians and administrative teams to ensure timely and complete delivery of patient histories.

Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.

Clarify incomplete or unclear information through effective and respectful follow-up.

Stay updated with relevant medicolegal terminology and documentation standards.

Adhere to company protocols, deadlines, and Australian healthcare documentation standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or Physiotherapy.

Prior experience in history taking, telehealth, or medical interviewing is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, Australian accent.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient with remote communication tools and basic medical documentation systems.

Understanding of the Australian healthcare system (or willingness to learn).
Contract Details:
