Job Summary:

Evaluate Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical History Recorder to join our team as a full-time contractor, working remotely from Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed medical and personal history interviews with Australian patients to support comprehensive assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured telephone or video interviews with patients to obtain comprehensive medical, occupational, and lifestyle histories.
  

• Accurately and promptly document all information in prescribed formats/templates.
  

• Liaise with Australian-based clinicians and administrative teams to ensure timely and complete delivery of patient histories.
  

• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
  

• Clarify incomplete or unclear information through effective and respectful follow-up.
  

• Stay updated with relevant medicolegal terminology and documentation standards.
  

• Adhere to company protocols, deadlines, and Australian healthcare documentation standards.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery or Physiotherapy.
  

• Prior experience in history taking, telehealth, or medical interviewing is preferred.
  

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, Australian accent.
  

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  

• Proficient with remote communication tools and basic medical documentation systems.
  

• Understanding of the Australian healthcare system (or willingness to learn).
  
  

Contract Details:

• Full-time contractual engagement (Monday to Friday).
