Position Summary:
The Human Resource Management Intern will assist the HR Department in performing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee documentation, training coordination, and HR compliance functions. This internship provides practical exposure to key HR processes and policies within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
 - Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
 - Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates.
 - Support onboarding activities and orientation sessions for new staff.
 
2. HR Administration & Documentation
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR records.
 - Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
 - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry in ERP or manual files.
 
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Support in monitoring attendance and leave records.
 - Assist in compiling monthly attendance summaries.
 
4. Training & Development
- Help in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and HR awareness events.
 - Maintain training records and feedback forms.
 
5. HR Compliance & Policy Support
- Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
 - Support compliance with organizational HR and labor laws.
 
6. Employee Engagement
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
 - Gather employee feedback and assist in morale-boosting initiatives

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 - Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
 
Working Conditions:
