By instilling good hygiene habits in children, we can empower them to maintain their health, develop self-confidence, and establish lifelong healthy practices.

 To ensure the children wellbeing ZFA is seeking Quotations from Suppliers/vendors and organizations.

 Delivery location, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Mansehra, Mukhad(Attock) 100 packs  on each location on requested dates.

Terms & Conditions

1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
2. Incomplete and conditional quotation will be rejected.
3. Form should be filled in ink. Use of lead pencil is not allowed.  
4. Payment shall be made through online bank transfer only.

Quotation Guidelines:

Interested suppliers are requested to provide a detailed quotation, including:

- Company name and contact information
- Itemized list of the requested items with corresponding prices
- Total cost for the supplied items.

- CRD cheque of supplier amount 20,000 with qoutation is mandatory.
