Relevant Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree (MBA / MS) preferred

8–12+ years of progressive experience in operations or service delivery roles

Experience working with international or remote teams, preferably supporting Australian or other Western markets

Proven ability to manage cross-border coordination and time zone–driven operations

Strong understanding of medicolegal or healthcare service operations, documentation workflows, and confidentiality requirements

Demonstrated experience managing teams aligned with Australian time zones, including evening or night shifts when required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with Australian stakeholders

Job Description:

Support the Director Operations in overseeing day-to-day remote operations in Pakistan
-
Ensure alignment with Australian business requirements, service standards, and timelines
-
Act as the primary coordination point between Pakistan-based teams and Australian leadership
-
Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures across remote teams
-
Ensure workforce planning and operational coverage aligned with Australian time zones
-
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
-
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of operational targets
-
Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
-
Improve margins through productivity improvements, vendor management, and automation
-
Partner with Finance to maintain strong financial controls and compliance
-
Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, HSE standards, and corporate policies

Identify and manage operational risks, including business continuity planning

Lead audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings

Coordinate closely with Australian operational, clinical, and corporate teams

Facilitate effective communication, reporting, and issue resolution during Australian business hours

Support client service delivery by ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times
