Sealed quotations are invited from eligible suppliers for the supply of Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) and related consumable items. The details of the required items are given below.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations clearly stating unit rates and complying with the terms and conditions mentioned herein. The quotation should be submitted within 07 working days from the date of issuance of this invitation.

Quotations may be submitted through following method on or before 21 January 2026:

• By Email: Quotations should be submitted on supplier letterhead in PDF/JPG format. RFQ reference must be mentioned in the email subject line. ([email protected])

Terms & Conditions

1. Rates must be quoted in Pak Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes (including WHT).

2. Supplier payment details must be clearly mentioned on the quotation letterhead, including cheque payee name.

3. Payment will be made through cross cheque after deduction of applicable taxes as per Government regulations.

4. Selection will not be based solely on the lowest price. Quality, quantity, delivery timeline, and previous experience will also be considered.

5. Suppliers involved in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices, including bidding under multiple names or being blacklisted, are not eligible to participate.
