Relevant Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. · At least 2 year of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, or related humanitarian work. · Understanding of local cultural context, gender dynamics, and community engagement in Balochistan. · Strong communication skills in Pashto, Urdu, and local languages. · Knowledge of MEAL tools, FCRM processes, and reporting formats. · Female candidates from target districts are strongly encouraged to apply. |
Positiion Objective:

· Support the implementation of MEAL activities across project locations in Balochistan, including Quetta, Pishin, and Killa Saifullah. · Ensure accurate and quality data collection, verification, and reporting for project interventions. · Strengthen community accountability systems through effective implementation of the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM). · Promote inclusive, confidential, and culturally appropriate feedback channels, especially for women and marginalized groups. · Uphold Organization's policies on gender equality, child protection, and safeguarding in all MEAL-related activities. · Contribute to learning and improvement by documenting lessons learned and coordinating follow-up on monitoring findings. · Facilitate community engagement and awareness sessions to enhance transparency and accountability. |
Job Description:

Mission 1: Support Monitoring and Evaluation Activities · Assist in routine field monitoring of project activities across Quetta, Pishin, and Killa Saifullah. · Support data collection, verification, and validation to ensure quality and accuracy in reporting. · Participate in post-distribution monitoring, activity observation, and field verification exercises. · Contribute to the preparation of MEAL reports and field visit summaries.
Mission 2: Strengthen Accountability and FCRM Implementation · Facilitate awareness sessions on the Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM) for project participants and communities. · Ensure feedback and complaints are collected, recorded, referred, and closed in line with organization’s accountability protocols. · Promote confidential, inclusive, and culturally appropriate communication channels for communities, particularly women. · Maintain a respectful, gender-sensitive, and impartial approach when handling complaints.
Mission 3: Ensure Compliance with organization’s Policies · Ensure that all MEAL-related activities comply with organization’s Gender Equality Policy, Child Protection Policy, and Safeguarding Standards. · Promote a safe, inclusive, and participatory environment for all beneficiaries. · Uphold organization’s core humanitarian principles of transparency, accountability, and non-discrimination.
Mission 4: Learning and Coordination · Support documentation of lessons learned and good practices for project improvement. · Coordinate with MEAL Officer and program teams to ensure timely follow-up of monitoring findings and recommendations. · Actively contribute to strengthening data-driven decision-making processes.

Mission 8: Ensure compliance with organization’s gender equality, child protection sensitivity and safeguarding policies
- Read and ensure a full understanding of organization’s Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
- Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
- Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
