The United Global Organization of Development (UGOOD) is a Section 42 registered non-profit organization with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and has been operating across Pakistan since 2003. UGOOD is Pakistan’s leading women-led, rights-based, and inclusive non-profit organization, dedicated to advancing social justice, community resilience, and sustainable development across the country. Guided by the principles of human dignity, intersectional inclusion, and locally led development, UGOOD implements evidence-based, community-driven programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Humanitarian–Development–Peace (HDP) nexus.
UGOOD invites applications from qualified and motivated professionals for a time-bound NIC facilitation project aimed at strengthening democratic participation through improved access to National Identity Cards, particularly for women, minorities, and marginalized communities. The project is scheduled for implementation in District Sialkot and District Hafizabad, Punjab Province, in full alignment with Pakistan’s democratic commitments and the objectives of the National Action Plan 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of project-related data in prescribed databases, tools, and formats
- Compilation, updating, and management of beneficiary records related to NIC facilitation and voter registration activities
- Coordination with district teams and field staff to ensure timely receipt and accuracy of data
- Conduct routine data quality checks, validation, and correction to ensure completeness and reliability
- Support monitoring and reporting by generating basic data summaries and assisting in the preparation of progress reports
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of personal and sensitive information in line with data protection protocols
- Assist in organizing and maintaining both digital and physical records, including attendance sheets, registration logs, and supporting documents
- Provide data support during community mobilization activities, NRCs, and MRV-based registration exercises
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, record management, or administrative support, preferably with NGOs or development projects
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel and Word) and basic data management tools
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with large datasets under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and follow established reporting and data protocols
- Prior experience supporting projects related to NIC registration, voter registration, civic documentation, or community-based initiatives will be considered an asset
