CARE Pakistan invites qualified, registered, and experienced travel agencies to submit proposals for the provision of Domestic and International Travel Management Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a non-financial Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with prequalified firms for a period of two (2) years, extendable based on performance.

CARE aims to prequalify three to five (3–5) travel agencies through a transparent and competitive process. Selected agencies will be engaged on an as-needed basis to support staff travel requirements across Pakistan and globally. Services will include ticketing, travel advisory, travel coordination, visa assistance, hotel reservations, 24/7 support, and other related travel facilitation.

Eligible firms must be legally registered in Pakistan, hold valid IATA accreditation, possess relevant experience with INGOs, UN agencies, corporate or public-sector entities, and demonstrate the capability to provide efficient, cost-effective, and reliable travel services. Proposals will be evaluated based on mandatory eligibility criteria, technical capability, and financial service charges as outlined in the RFP.

CARE Pakistan follows a 30 working-days payment cycle and operates strictly on a credit basis. No advance payments are made under any circumstances.

Interested and eligible travel agencies are invited to submit complete proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation package.
