Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP)

Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) invites sealed proposals from qualified and reputable suppliers/firms for the supply, installation, and commissioning of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants and the construction of rooms for filtering plants in district Matiari Sindh, under the WASH Project funded by the Consulate of Japan in Karachi through the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP).

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid NTN & GST registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supply/installation of RO plants or similar water treatment systems (Lot 1) and/or civil construction works (Lot 2).
• Proven track record with at least 3 similar assignments completed in the last 5 years.
• Performance Certificates from at least three (3) previous clients for similar assignments, demonstrating satisfactory completion and performance.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Technical compliance with specifications.
• Price competitiveness.
• Delivery & installation timeline.
• Warranty & after-sales service.
• Poof of experience.
• SCF  will require from final / Selected supplier to provide 2% bid security for the selected lot

• SCF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
