Taaleem Foundation is looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and supervise an education-focused project in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management and supervision of project activities across all project schools.
• Ensure effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of the project.
• Lead field teams and provide guidance to Field Coordinators and teachers.
• Coordinate with government education departments, school heads, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare and review reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Plan trainings, community engagements, and review academic performance.
• Oversee logistics, budgeting, and timely execution of project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of Punjab’s school system, especially rural settings.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.  Ability to travel within the project area.
