Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender, and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence-driven, self-motivated, and committed women for the position of Project Lead.
Required qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in any of Social Sciences Disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in gender-based violence (GBV) programming, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing training content, resource materials, and capacity-building tools related to gender, GBV, and protection.
- Experience of working closely with government institutions, law enforcement, the judiciary, and civil society organizations.
- Experience in establishing or managing GBV referral pathways/directories and case management processes.
- Demonstrated skills in project planning, team supervision, monitoring, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Strong record of managing partnerships, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with government and line departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu (regional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and partner locations.
